These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are in £ sterling (GBP), inclusive of VAT , Delivery is shown & calculated clearly as you add each item to the shopping cart once you input location, there are no hidden charges on checkout.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order or confirming that you are satisfied with the amended price.
You may pay by any major credit card or debit card using our payment processor PayPal, you may also pay using a PayPal account if you have one or select to manually forward funds separately from your order submission, this is done by BACS Bank transfer.
Stock Items will normally dispatch your order within 2 working days. All efforts are made to fulfil orders within 14 working days, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept payment for your order. Errors & omissions excepted.
Made to order/bespoke items will be confirmed by email & will be dispatched on completion of this work, these times will vary an individual basis, we will advise of any lead times before starting any work.
International clients are welcome but our cart system is currently not set up for outside of UK sales, any non Uk residents can still select their items, but must email us the order, upon receipt, we will advise an order total & any relevant shipping costs for delivery.

Every effort is made to ensure that all information is correct, however sometimes errors may occur. we accept no responsibility for errors on this website and we reserve the right to alter product, prices and specifications without notice. Images & illustrations within our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours of products on the website may vary slightly from the illustrations, depending on your browser and computer settings.
All photography, pictures and images of all products and similar items on the site are for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise expressly noted. Please pay careful attention to the written description of the drum or component to ensure that it is the item and colour you require.
Although we hope you are very happy with your items. Occasionally we know you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of the date you received.
To do this we require you to email us with notification & return the product with the original packing slip/receipt.
Please package the relevant items securely and send it so that we receive it within seven
working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
You are responsible for the returning the items & for any cost involved, unless we delivered
the item to you in error.
The returned item must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition
(e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Special order goods made to your specification cannot be returned for full refund, this includes any drum shells that have had “to order machining” (bearing edges & beds, part drilling) made to order shells & hoop, cut to size drum wrap, and other bespoke work.
Stock drum shells that have had machining, may be returnable for a partial refund up to a maximum of 50%. Drums shells with custom drilling for non Drum builder/HighWood parts can not be refunded for any reason.
